Order Processing Time
After your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow up to 5-10 business days before your order is shipped out due to the nature of the cut and sew process.

Order cancellations are only accepted if we have not shipped your order. Please contact our sales staff at to cancel your order. There will be a processing time of 3 business days for cancellations before a refund is initiated via the payment method you selected at checkout. Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact and allow up to 2 business days after the item is received by us for your return to be processed. The following conditions must be met for an item to be accepted for return:
  • Item must be returned in the same condition they were sent in, undamaged, unwashed with all attached tags intact to qualify for a return (it is okay to try the item on for sizing purposes only).
  • Item must be returned within 14 days of the order date
  • Shipping fees, duties, taxes, customs fees are non-refundable on returns or exchanges.
  • If the order being returned took advantage of a promotion, i.e. free shipping, the value of the promotion will be deducted from the refund.
  • Refunds will only be processed after we have received the item and have deemed the conditions above met.
  • The customer is responsible for the return of the item to the address supplied once the return is initiated
